The terms comprise the whole agreement between you and Premier Salon Marketing regarding your use of this website.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify Premier Salon Marketing for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, caused by a third party due to your actions. As part of the indemnification obligation, you agree to repay Premier Salon Marketing’s claims or suits arising from the User Materials you provide and your use of any Community Feature.

Severability:

If any of the provisions of the mentioned Terms can be considered unlawful for any reason, then that provision shall be considered individual from these Terms. The unlawful provisions shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining ones.

Applicable Law and Dispute

Any cause of action you may have concerning the site must be commenced within one year of the claim or within the time limit permitted by law. Illinois shall control and constrain these Terms without conflict of law provisions. If any dispute about these terms arises or your use of this site (or any portion herein), the proper jurisdiction and venue will be in state or federal courts. You allow the exercise of personal jurisdiction over yourself in these courts if any kind of dispute arises.
